Free oceans and Premium

Maldives and Turquoise Bay are free. Premium is an optional one-time store purchase with no subscription. Your store shows the price before you pay. To recover a purchase, open the Premium panel and select Restore Purchases while using the original Apple or Google store account. Purchases do not transfer between the Apple and Google stores.

Refunds are managed by your store: Apple refund help / Google Play refund help.

Sound

Select Play in Sound, check channel volumes and your device's output route. If sound stopped after returning to the app, tap Play again. Check Bluetooth/headphones and interruptions from other apps. This development preview requires the app to remain open for reliable playback. Background and locked-screen audio are not yet approved for release.

Keeping an ocean

Mode → Keep this moment saves the current sea, view, light, waves and weather as your startup scene on this device. Keeping again replaces the previous saved scene. Later adjustments do not overwrite it until you Keep again. Remove cancels the saved startup scene. The Mode panel is not saved open. Settings → Reset Local Data clears local preferences, not store purchases.

Words and controls

Mode → Words starts reading immediately. Words follow device local time; evening-only words wait until evening. Just Ocean ends the reading session. Tap the sea to hide controls; use Show controls to bring them back.

Performance or display problems

Try Automatic or Low quality. Allow a hot device to cool and compare without charging. Restart the app if necessary. A saved quality choice may temporarily be reduced for device protection.

When contacting us, include device model, OS version, app build, chosen quality, steps and a screenshot if useful. Settings → View local diagnostics lets you copy a report. Nothing is uploaded automatically. Please do not send passwords, card details, payment receipts or purchase tokens.
